Personalisation vs. commissions
Simple personalisation — such as choosing colours, keycaps or adding a name — is handled directly on the product page. Original commissions and structural adaptations are quoted individually.
Requesting a custom piece
Submit your idea through the customisation enquiry form or the business enquiry form. Share the objective, quantity, timeline and any reference files. We'll review and respond with a concept and quote.
Quoting
Custom adaptations and original commissions are quoted individually. No automatic price is charged until the concept and quote are agreed.
Approvals and production
Once a quote is approved, production begins after payment. Made-to-order custom pieces are produced to your submitted details, so please check spelling and specifications carefully.
