Terms.

By ordering from TayneHaus you agree to these terms. Prices are in Singapore dollars (S$) and include applicable GST where required.

Orders

Orders are accepted at our discretion. Small-batch and made-to-order items have the lead time shown on the product page. Customised items are produced to your submitted details, so please check spelling and selections carefully.

Delivery and collection

Ninja Pack tracked delivery within Singapore is S$5 for orders below S$60 and is applied automatically at checkout. Delivery becomes free automatically when the order subtotal reaches S$60. The carrier’s estimated transit time is 1–3 working days after dispatch and is separate from the product’s production lead time. Free self-collection is available in Punggol by appointment; the exact collection point is shared after the order is ready.

Returns

Because many pieces are made to order, returns are limited to faulty or incorrect items. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Custom commissions

Custom adaptations and original commissions are quoted individually. No automatic price is charged until the concept and quote are agreed.
